The design of the human body is governed by the same laws of physics that apply to the underlying framework of any other architectural structure. The alignment of our bones, in relationship to each other, determines whether or not we are naturally and easily strong, flexible, and comfortably pain-free. Unfortunately, the "Tense Dog" posture depicted below, along with inhabiting one's body like a "Sad Dog," contributes to much of the chronic pain and other posture-related health issues experienced by millions of people today.
